If you are a UK Tax Payer and would like to register for Gift Aid, all you need to do is to complete the Gift Aid Declaration form which can be found by clicking the link below and return the completed form back to our Finance Department or can be emailed to info@hemelhempsteadpiwc.co.uk
Once you have completed a Gift Aid Declaration form you do not need to complete the back of an offering envelope during our services.
